I was introduced to high quality coffee eight years ago and have been on a journey ever since. I started working as a barista, which inspired me to buy my own espresso machine. The obsession didn’t go away, and naturally the next step was roasting. I bought an Aillio Bullet roaster in January 2021 and since then have been continuously learning and growing as a roaster. I want to give others the opportunity to experience coffee in the way that I did.
